I was positively surprised how great result I’ve got just by taking in consideration adding more tahini than I wanted to use in the first place. It became smoothier and developed a full flavour. It has a mild sweet-sour deep taste that is quite delicious and unique.
This kind of dish is super comforting. It’s a great choice for anyone that is on a raw vegan diet. It is very nourishing and satisfying due to tahini that is rich in amino acids, magnesium, calcium, and selenium, and in antioxidants as well.
