Tomato & Garlic Raw Cream Soup
Delicious raw cream soup with a fresh taste of tomatoes & garlic

For two portions:
- 500 gr organic cherry tomatoes;
- 2 tbsp. + 1 tbsp. of tahini;
- 2 tbsp + 2 tsp. of a fresh lemon juice;
- 6 tbsp. of water;
- 1 large garlic clove;
- 1 pinch + 1 pinch of himalayan salt;
- fresh oregano for decoration and freshly ground black pepper.
Combine in a high speed blender tomatoes, 2 tbsp. of tahini, 2 tbsp. of lemon juice, 4 tbsp. of water, garlic clove and 1 pinch himalayan salt. Blend well until creamy consistency.
Pour into 2 deep plates.
Combine 1 tbsp. of tahini with a pinch of salt, 2 tbsp. of water and 2 tsp. of lemon juice. Stir well with a spoon until creamy thick consistency. Use it for garnishing the dish.
Garnish with fresh oregano leaves and freshly ground pepper.
