RAW GREEN SALAD

noun_divider_2142034

This raw dish made of fresh romanesco, red onion, cherry tomatoes and lots of romaine lettuce is a scrumptious meal for itself or a side dish. The delightful aroma of tahini mixed with fresh garlic paste with some lemon juice and a bit of salt overtakes and elevates this salad to another level. The combination of mild romaine lettuce, strong aroma of red onion, soft juicy and sweet cherry tomatoes and romanesco is low in calories, rich in fibers and water, it’s loaded with chlorophyll and antioxidants, and served with tahini dressing has a good amount of essential amino acids. As a side dish this salad can be served with stews, baked vegetables, vegetable curries and fritters.
