Cauliflower Vegan Cream Soup

Delicious cream soup perfect for autumn cold days
Servings 2 servings


  • 400 g of fresh cauliflower;
  • 2 dcl of vegan cooking cream;
  • 1.3 dcl of plant-based unsweetened milk;
  • a pinch of salt; a pinch of ground black pepper;
  • old bread cut into cubes and fried on a pan on a bit of olive oil.

For decorating:

  • a bit of vegan cooking cream, almond flakes, oregano - flower and leaves, a little bit of fresh parsley and black sesame seeds.


  • Put the cauliflower to steam, cook for 5-6 min. after the moment of boiling. Remove from heat and leave to cool.
  • Put cauliflower, sour cream, spices and vegetable milk for cooking in a blender and blend into a fine cream.
  • Pour into a pot and cook, let it boil gently for 1 min. from the moment of boiling. Serve warm cream soup sprinkled with fried pieces of bread and garnish with a bit of a vegan cooking cream, almond flakes, fresh spices and black sesame seeds.
