SEMOLINA PORRIDGE WITH HAZELNUT & CHOCOLATE

Ingredients
  

  • 6 dcl of soy milk;
  • 3 dcl of water;
  • 10 tbsp. of wheat semolina;
  • some maple syrup, the amount of it should satisfies your personal taste;
  • 2-3 tsp. of dark cocoa powder;
  • some dark chocolate;
  • some nougat or hazelnut spread, homemade or store bought.

Instructions
 

  • In a non-stick pot warm up soy milk with water, stir occasionally with a wire whisk. Before it starts boiling remove from heat, then start adding semolina while constantly stirring with a wire whisk. Once all semolina is mixed in, return the pot to the stove.
  • Bring to a boil while constantly stirring with a wire whisk, cook on low temperature for 4 min. while it simmers and stirring constantly. Remove from heat and stir in a bit of maple syrup.
  • Pour semolina porridge into deep plates or bowls. Sprinkle with cocoa powder, then put in chunks of chocolate and nougat (if you use hazelnut spread just add some with a spoon into a porridge). Stir a little bit by making swirls with a spoon, then add maple syrup. Serve warm.
