SEMOLINA PORRIDGE WITH HAZELNUT & CHOCOLATE
Delicious comfort food with maple syrup, chocolate and nougat

- 6 dcl of soy milk;
- 3 dcl of water;
- 10 tbsp. of wheat semolina;
- some maple syrup, the amount of it should satisfies your personal taste;
- 2-3 tsp. of dark cocoa powder;
- some dark chocolate;
- some nougat or hazelnut spread, homemade or store bought.
In a non-stick pot warm up soy milk with water, stir occasionally with a wire whisk. Before it starts boiling remove from heat, then start adding semolina while constantly stirring with a wire whisk. Once all semolina is mixed in, return the pot to the stove.
Bring to a boil while constantly stirring with a wire whisk, cook on low temperature for 4 min. while it simmers and stirring constantly. Remove from heat and stir in a bit of maple syrup.
Pour semolina porridge into deep plates or bowls. Sprinkle with cocoa powder, then put in chunks of chocolate and nougat (if you use hazelnut spread just add some with a spoon into a porridge). Stir a little bit by making swirls with a spoon, then add maple syrup. Serve warm.
